The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the following work at the Dublin Lions Washrooms for The Municipality of West Perth (“the Municipality”). • Convert existing washrooms to One fully accessible washroom and one renovated all gender washroom as per Drawing A-1 Dublin Floor Plan Model The forecasted completion date is to be no later than December 31, 2023 A site visit is optional for this project.
